By engaging Get Local Marketing (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” “our”) for SEO and digital marketing services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Get Local Marketing provides:
Client acknowledges that SEO is a service of labor and ongoing strategy. Payment is for the Agency’s time, expertise, and continuous optimization efforts.
Get Local Marketing offers no guarantees of #1 or first-page rankings. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.), and rankings are influenced by numerous factors outside our control.
SEO is a long-term strategy. Meaningful results typically require 3-6 months of consistent effort. Past performance for other clients does not guarantee similar results for your business.
Automated performance reports are provided monthly and include data from:
Additional custom reporting beyond standard monthly reports may be provided upon written request.
The absence of a detailed work report does not constitute absence of work performed. SEO work is ongoing and includes monitoring, adjustments, content optimization, and technical maintenance.
Client agrees to:
Services are billed monthly in advance via automatic credit card payment or invoice, as agreed in the Client’s service agreement.
Late payments may result in:
All sales are final. Once a monthly payment is processed, it is non-refundable. SEO services involve ongoing labor, and payment is for work performed during the billing period.
By signing a service agreement, Client agrees NOT to dispute or chargeback any payments with their credit card issuer or bank. Client acknowledges that their signed service agreement serves as irrefutable proof of service authorization.
Any concerns regarding service quality or billing must be submitted in writing to Get Local Marketing via email. We will respond within 5 business days to resolve the issue.
If Client initiates a chargeback despite this agreement:
This is a month-to-month agreement unless otherwise specified. Either party may cancel with proper notice.
To cancel, Client must provide written notice via email 30 days prior to the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate services with 30 days’ notice if:
Client grants Get Local Marketing read-only API access to:
This access is used solely for performance reporting as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
All performance data remains the property of the Client. Upon service termination, we will securely delete all stored data within 90 days unless legally required to retain.
Client may revoke API access at any time via Google Account settings. However, this will prevent us from generating performance reports.
Client retains ownership of all original content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided to the Agency.
Content created by Get Local Marketing (blog posts, page copy, meta descriptions, etc.) becomes the property of the Client upon full payment.
Our reporting platform, templates, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Get Local Marketing.
Get Local Marketing’s total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
